nixion is from boca raton?! she definitely would stand out anywhere, but particularly there.

my parents now live in highland beach , and my older brother in deerfield beach both next door to boca. I live 3000 miles away from my family and enjoy my visits, but go into a state of cultural suspended animation when i'm there. glad to know the landscape isn't that bleak.
