anyone see the movie Suicide Club?

is it good? please have a report on my desk tomorrow. or just tell me if its worth buying for $20 bucks

It is bizarre. And violent. I'm not sure really that it even had a plot, but damn that was a whole lotta schoolgirls jumping in front of that train.

i love battle royale so i thought i might like suicide club...maybe i like to watch children in uniform die...*shrugs* i went to catholic skool all my like so maybe that makes sense

I thought Suicide Circle was just killing for the sake of death and carnage. Sure the splatterhound in me liked that, but it's no Battle Royale. Now Versus on the other hand...that made me giggle.

One of my friends bought it for me on DVD for my Bday. I have over 200 DVDs and it is my least favorite.

is it a bad dvd or does the movie just blow? maybe i can download it...i just wanna see the opening scene, i heard it creates shock and awe

My friend that bought it for me tried to justify the movie by saying "Well, it's part of a possible series so...look at it from that angle"

yeah i havent read the book, ive been told to. but at the end doesnt...god whats his name....christian bale, say that his confession was pointless?

ever notice how just about every movie jared leto is in he gets fucked up? any ways, bateman may not be able to fight but hes go good aim with a chainsaw. those are really hard to balance you know.

The band in the bowling alley was hilarious. I want to start a band, just to cover that song. "Becos the deaaa... because the deaaa... beacause the dead, shine aww night loooong."

Yeah, I liked it. I think the fact that a lot of us didn't get it the first time around is due to the fact we don't live in Japan. Did you know that the suicide rate in Japan is fairly high? I could go and give my entire perception of the flick, but not only do I not want to spoil it, but I may be completely wrong anyways. While not my favorite Japanese movie ever, it's definately a decent movie, not nearly as bad as everyone here says. And if you check it out, be sure to get the UNRATED version, I'm sure Blockbuster and the like would only carry the R rated copies. (The video and sound on the disc are pretty shoddy, but good luck finding a better version - the only other versions as of now is the Japanese disc, which has no English subs, and of course various bootlegs floating around)

As for Man Bites Dog... way better than Suicide Club. If you like your humor black as it comes, check it out. Hilarous.

Yeah i agree. i enjoyed it, but I don't know if it's worth buying. At the very least it is very entertaining, but it is not as shallow and pointless as people think.
