Tattoo Placement

So, I scheduled a appointment with my artist for a tattoo I've been wanting for the longest time.

It's my obsession with technology and my dedication for being a geek. I didn't want to get an Apple logo tattooed on me, so this fits me well.

The only issue I'm having is placement. Not too sure where to get this done. I asked my artist and he said the same place I said... the forearm (elbow side), but I'm a little skeptical.

Any suggestions?

The back of the neck would be cool.

Seconding the neck. Or chest maybe, kinda Tony Stark-esque. Some central location. Just think, if you were a robot, where would the on button be?

I'm not sure if I'm looking for a career change, anytime soon or in general... but I'm in Law Enforcement.
