Any tips against sore throat?

Since today I have such an awful sore throat, especially at swallowing ... it feels like needles in throat?

Does have any tips? I still wash my mouth with olive oil and I take flurbiprofan drops. Anything else I could do?

Herbal teas (especially chamomile) with lots of honey. Gargle with warm salt water (non-iodized sea salt). If it isn't getting better by Sunday...

Gargle with salt water usually clears it up for me.

If you get sicker, it may be Strep. Do not want. Go to doctor.

Also, the tip shouldn't go against your sore throat. That will probably exacerbate the issue.

This always works way better than any over-the-counter cough remedies for me. It kills the bacteria cells causing your sore throat via a process called plasmolysis. Gargle with luke-warm salt water 3 times a day for a week, and that throat infection will be gone.
