In a legal response to the release of her now infamous sex tape, Paris Hilton - heiress to the Hilton hotel fortune – has sued Panama-based Kahatani, Ltd. for $30 million. The lawsuit states:

"Hilton intended the videotape only for personal use and never intended or consented that it be shown to anyone else or distributed to the public."

The video depicts Hilton and then boyfriend Rick Solomon having sex. Solomon sued Hilton and her family in November for suggesting that Solomon took advantage of Hilton.
