I've had a heart attack (last year) that was because of my weak heart/ stress induced

Old people problems! But, I got em.

I'm no longer gonna be a teenager on friday and i celebrate one whle year of being on my own. I feel old. it doesn't matter how old you are, it's how you feel about it. and I feel shitty about aging

its a curse in my family, on my moms side, that were all acutely aware of our aging processes. not only do i feel old now, but ive seen firsthand the kind of mania and hysteria awaiting me when it approach my 50s. all right.

You should eat healthier and exercise then. Four months ago before I stopped running, I had a physical and the Doc said I had the bone density and constitution of a high school athlete.

I haven't gained any weight after four months of inactivity, but I definitely feel...lethargic. Both physically and mentally.

I'm going to start running again.

let's just be angry for a minute or two, young folks that have got shit on their whole lives by the old folks that pretend to have their shit together.

judging from the music you're into I wouldn't say you're really up to date, not that that's such a bad thing, considering Wire then and now blows doors on everything, but I'd hazard a guess being like 8 years older than you I've seen a lot of shit and heard a lot of music and still manage to get psyched. the least you can do is have a good drunk have a good time. I just did.

I KNOW i'm old.I listen to music and think that it just went away and it turns out the song came out in 96.Fuck thats when most of these ppl where in middle school.For example MTV2 is having a one hit wonders special and most if not all are from my early 20's.
I hate this.

I started feeling old when I was 18. I've resigned myself to never being able to understand or predict any fashionable trends whatsoever and will just let people know how things were "back in my day" when they ask for my opinion.

I think music now sucks on its own demerits. Why compare them to the classics when it's just weak and uninspired to begin with?
