Chuck Palahniuk needs little by way of introduction on SuicideGirls, our very name being an hommage to the author of Fight Club, Choke and Snuff. We caught up with him by phone to talk about his latest novel, Tell-All. It's a fictional gossip-laced memoir told in the voice of Hazie Coogan, the female assistant to "the glorious film actress" Miss Katherine Kenton who resides in Hollywood's very real past - a glamorous world populated by the likes of Lillian Hellman, Darryl Zanuck, David O. Selznick,...
I just finished this book today! I wasn't sure about it when I grabbed it up, but being a loyal C.P fan, I gladly dove into it. As always, it totally and completely gripped me and I could not put it down. This interview was awesome!!
I love him. At my first day at my job at a book store I worked at for about 3 years Chuck came to do a reading and signing for "Diary" and I got to be his assistant, I will never forget how excited I was that day! Thanks for this interview! can't wait to read it
This was a great interview. I am a long time fan of Chuck but havent gotten around to reading Tell-All yet. I saw him at a small book store in Santa Cruz, CA when he was on tour for Diary. He read Guts that day and it totally blew everyone's mind haha. Ever since i read Fight Club, ive been hooked on his extremely unique writing style. I also love how every book kind of dissects a different societal phenomenon.
