Great read, yes my fellow Englishman is a good old laugh, I cant buy the butter though due to my diet, but I did enjoy seeing the advert on the old box. He should do some more!

I like this interview because it's one of the few where he never seemed to be taking the piss or biting the interviewer's head off for a particular question or phrasing or characterization he didn't like. Lydon is an interesting character. I bet he's a lovely guy in person. Can you imagine if he was your uncle or something? I dunno. From everything I've seen and read he seems like quite a sensitive heart, you know? And if he lashes out it's only because he hates what the world does to the less fortunate.

Lydon said the butter commercial money put PiL back together and on the road.
