Thanks. I always make that mistake. D'oh! I also missed him when he came to town. Sold out too quickly. Can't wait to see the DVD. I wonder which city will be on it.
Eastbourne, in England, assuming they use the same version as the UK dvd. and I'd have to agree with matt_organic, it's just not as good as D2K or Glorious. I think he's gotten too into acting, and has just moved too far from his stand-up. It was still funny though.
He am a genius at that...but at least you guys were never afflicted with 'Cows.' Hands down the only really bad thing Eddie's ever done....except the Avengers.

All through our NYE Star Wars marathon i kept going:
"What is it, Lieutenant Sebastian?"
"it's the rebels sir.... they've arrived."
"GOOD GOD MAN! Do they want tea?"
"I don't think so.. they brought a flag..."
The movie was Cat's Meow, actually. One of his more serious roles (ala Shadow of the Vampire, but better) but still wondrful. I do so worship that man and pine over the fact i missed him when he was here.
I missed him when he had a show near me TOO.... *crys about it with m0use*

You stroke a dog, the dog goes, oooooooo and cats go (drilling sound), because theyre drilling, arent they? Thats what theyre doing. Theyre drilling, they drill for gold!
They drill for oil, they drill for anything! Just for the love of drilling! When theyre behind your sofa, theyre just drilling. (mimes drilling) Theyve got goggles on, its okay! Theres a compressor over there Your friends come and say,
I think your cats drilling behind your sofa!
I dont think so, thats purring, that noise, isnt it? Cat, are you drilling?
And the cat hears this, whips off the goggles, (mimes coming from behind the sofa), No, no Drilling? No! No, Im a cat! How would I know how to drill? Thats purring youre thinking of, purring! Oh, yes, purring! Having a good ole purr back here no drilling.
No, no, okay (mimes putting goggles back on and resuming drilling) Sometimes they drill 40, 50 feet, you know, just for the hell of it.
