Axe Cop & Dinosaur Soldier needed more money to get new guns & swords

Yeah. I keep coming back to this and it hasn't gotten any less funny yet.

One of many observations on it is how much better any installation is than a given Steven Seagal movie, which has roughly the same amount of writing acumen going into it.
