knuckle tattoos!

so i'm taking the plunge and getting my knuckles tattooed in about a month. I'm just curious as to how they're going to change my life - the way people look at you and the feedback you get from people. any clue?

you'd be surprised how many people actually don't notice tattoos.

i'm considering getting a less immediately visible hand tattoo or two just to see who notices. i'm not really concerned with getting a job (self-employed and intent on remaining that way), i just want to see who's paying attention. something discreet along the edge of one palm, or maybe even something along the side of a finger.

strangers will comment about the ones on my arms but never the ones on my fingers.

i've been looking at palm tattoos a lot lately but it seems that a lot of tattoo artists are hesitant to do them for fear of blowing them out.

i've seen some people that can pull it off, but usually only if
1. they're funny
2. they have other, way better, thoughtfully designed tattoos

that said, my most recent sighting was this chubby lame looking dude with 'g-o-d-s' 'w-i-l-l' on his knuckles, and he made me quiver with rage.

I have a knuckle tattoo, and no one cares. Except me, I like it a lot.
