I need help finding a badass tattoo artist

I don't really if this is the right place to post this but I'm looking for so help. I'm looking for a good tattoo artist to do my first tattoo. I have this idea for a sleeve on my right arm. I want it to be a cartoony goth/punk surfer theme of a girl with a surfboard on my lower arm with angels with bat wings above *I have a drawing that i can so as an example for this part* and then on my upper arm I was thinking of having these mermaids and then whatever else the artist thinks will make it totally awesome. plus if they could tie in something to do with video games that would be awesome (like a NES controller or something with NES being that's what i grow up on and want this tattoo to have meaning to me.)
This is something I really want to work on and have it be right before I get it do. But I'm really wanting to get it done soon. I was Just hoping to get some feedback from people to let me know who might be good for the job. I need someone who has nice cool cutting edge cartoony gothic/punk designs and is an awesome tattoo artist. Looking for someone near me but i don't want to limit myself ether because if there is a badass artist who can give me exactly what I want then I'll find a way to get there. Anyways let me know.
