I've had lots of trouble sleeping for around 6 years, and i've found that of all the stuff i tried, reading books after taking some melatonin will put me to sleep..even if it's only for a couple hours

melatonin...I don't know. Messing around with your brian chemistry can't possibly have NO side-effects. But, a lot of friends use it so whatever smile

Melatonin is produced by the brain when it's sleepytime. Taking a tiny bit of it just jump starts the natural process.

I only use it about once a week when I need to "reset" my body clock after the weekend. smile
