As a spinoff to the Stupid/Rude Customers threads, how about some stories of exacting sweet, sweet revenge on these jackasses?

I'm so delighted to see the first post has nothing to do with bodily fluids in food. I worked in coffee shops for three years and no matter how pissy the customers were I never more than joked about doing gross things to their drinks. I just think it's inappropriate no matter what.

I think the thing that makes me nervous about these threads is you never know what someone's line is for deciding someone's "an asshole." Like, for example, I know if I were working at Burger King, or whatever, and I was having a shitty day, and someone asked me for extra ketchup, even if they were totally polite, I'd be off muttering under my breath. That's what scares me. Someone taking their bad day out on my food.

Not bodily fluids this time but the connection is still there.

My friend, a barmaid was getting a lot of shit off of one of the customers, like sexual and sort of irritating comments as well as groping and the like that was going a bit far and making her very uncomfortable as well as embarrased in front of the other customers. To get her own back she started filling his pints of Guinness with powdered laxitive. The guy had quite a lot to drink it being a saturday night if I remember correctly. We didn't see him for a couple of weeks after that night, which was odd for someone who was a 'pint man' and a regular at the pub.

When he next appeared he had lost A LOT of weight.

sorry clara...but my teacher told me about his previous student who told him not to eat at the Wendy's drive thru cause he spit on everyone's burger.....and he liked him and wanted to give him fair warning....he doesn't even still live in the same state and I now refuse to go there....

my teacher asked him why and he told him that he just hates people in general...

When I worked in a Chinese takeaway I had a group of about four northern construction workers come in to the shop. They were pretty rude and patronising to me because they were not being clear about what they wanted to order, plus they started taking the piss out of my boss (you know, doing the 'slitty eyed' thing, making stupid kung fu jokes etc).
The kitchen area was behind a large metal screen so they couldn't see the food being prepared, nor could they see it whilst I was packing it. They could see me, but not the food. So I made sure they were watching me, and pretended to do some suspicious shit to their dinner.
I never actually did anything, but I'm willing to bet that they didn't enjoy their dinner much.

today the BF and i stopped at arby's. i was halfway through my roasty beefy concoction when he finally got to his broccoli cheddar baked potato, it had two big hunks of nice, foamy, shiny spit right on top. i did not finish my sandwich.

the thing that gets me about this (as per keith's mention of irritation) i ALWAYS order things special, i'm a picky eater. but this time all we did was order straight off the menu. i don't get it. do they know we do bad things at home?

while bartending...the assholes and the non tippers got the half shot shot glasses....while people who tipped got a free poor in a glass that equalled about 2 shots....my policy if you take care of me I take care of you....

Also non tipping regulars had to flag me down to get a drink...while tippers got prompt service where I walked up to them with a full bottle just as they were taking their last drink....

I've never understood why people complain and are obnoxious to staff in fast food restaurants.

They must like the taste of other people's goo. puke

I worked as a waiter for a long time in some fairly decent restaurants. People can be unbelievably rude and miserable when they go out to eat, it's amazing.

If someone had really pissed me off I would often do the standard swap regular coffee for decaf - you'd be amazed at how much this bothers people.

I poured coffee into a woman's purse before (while I was standing in front of her table, I can't believe that no one saw it.)

Never spat in anything, that's pretty gross. But yeah, the amount of alcohol that someone got in a drink was always directly proportional to how nice they had been to me. Lots of $6 virgin mixed drinks for the jerks... wink
