Japanese Spider-Man

I'm sure the sheer hilarity of this has been shared in the past. It's too insane not to be shared.

To say this version took amusing and, well, Japanese liberties to the character is an understatement. Instead of being a high-school nerd who gets bitten by a radioactive spider, he receives his powers from a dying alien (from the planet Spider). And he has a giant Power Rangers-like robot. Yes, you read that right.

Did I mention that this was officially licensed by Marvel to Japanese company Toei, as well as received positive reviews from Stan "The Man" Lee himself?

I'm mainly posting this because Marvel's official site has been posting the episodes with English subtitles since earlier this year. If you're one for wacky tokusatsu, check it out.
