Pointing out the Japanese are strange is not "anti-Japan". I like and admire most of the Japanese I've met, I like their culture, but you have to admit they're the weirdest people on the planet, hands down. Used girls' panties from vending machines? WTF?

I agree that this is no creepier than cosplay, furries (is that what they're called?) and just your average costumed strolling character at a theme park.
