Worst fashion trend

Okay, time for a new topic that I'm sure almost everyone has a comment on: worst fashion trends...

I'll start this one off with what I consider the holy trinity of asshole fashion:

1. ironic mesh trucker hats
2. flip-flops
3. hemp clothing, jewelry, shoes, etc.

bellbottoms. i'm absolutely stunned that their "comeback" a decade ago has lasted this long. they still look awful.

Obviously, the worst fashion trend is always whatever is most popular that isn't the trend you're following.

i agree with you, null, but i do have to agree with zeroboy about the trucker hats. they really are just the most vile, aggrivating fashion trend i can ever remember experiencing in my lifetime. nothing says ASSHOLE LIKE A FOAMY FRONT B.O.C TRUCKERS CAP

I hate the velour "workout" trackish j.lo suits. Dude, you ain't gonna work out in velour, why are you wearing a track suit? I seriously think George from Seinfeld started that trend not j.lo.Remember that episode where he "drapes himself in velvet" cause his gf doesn't care what he looks like?haha

2. pants so tight your puss is parted...stay away from those ladies
3. pants so low i see your crack...ladies if we were looking for some crack i'd call the plumber.

Those shirts that said "Can't touch this" with the handprints on them. Usually worn by people you wouldn't want to touch anyway.
Alexander Julian big vertical purple and teal and pink multi width stripey shirts.

stiletto heels (has anything ever been less sexy?)


More modern:
Steve Madden shoes are fucking ugly!
Those fucking jeans with the worn out look on only the thighs or butt. (Diesel?)
Furry raver gear ( I hear ravers in San Diego won't ever give it up)
baggy, low slung pants ( I know I sound old, but sharpen the fuck up, will ya?)

In addition there are things I wish people would wear more of:
Men should wear more hats. (NOT baseball hats)
Women should wear more dresses (especially the dress shirt variety)
Men should put on a tie once in awhile, maybe a jacket.
People should wear more pants that don't flare
More people should polish their shoes

i'm with you on everything except the ties. ties are fuckig creepy. they make no sense.
