Besides being a really nicely designed site, the Working Titles website now features a trailer for the upcoming Shaun of the Dead. Which is best described as, I don't know, like The Full Monty meets Dead Alive. Neat as fuck.

The description above says about as much as I wanted to say; the trailer does the rest. I'll bump it again.

heh not a parody, and romcom my arse, having seen the trailer (it's playing in cinemas over here) i doubt a film that sees someone attacking zombies by hitting round the head with a swingball could be classed as anything other than a poss take.

I just went to an advanced screening of this. Hilarious! but not in a cheesy way. The action is fairly decent as well. The director and stars introduced the film, unfortunately I had to get home after and couldn't stay for the Q and A. Zombie lovers will not be disappointed

It's a shame, I wanted to ask why they didn't use more chavs in the film.

Eeeeeee!!! I was just watching that movie under an hour ago!!! It is soooo AWESOME!!!

I have a bootleg that I got from a Horror Convention in MD....it is great quality...it is basically just the overseas release.

The movie is funny, witty, and fast paced with lots of zombie goodness. Shaun is this kid who has relationship problems and the living dead start taking over the world. Of course, he is too wrapped up in his own life to notice at first. There are some great scenes of him going about his business while people are just getting mutilated in the background...he is completely oblivious! Once he does realize what is happening....he doesn't really understand it too well....which just makes for some absolutely hilarious scenes. (ex...chucking records at zombies but carefully picking out the records he doesn't like)

Romero fans (esp those of you who prefer the more campy "Dawn of the Dead") will NOT be disappointed. This is one of the most creative zombie movies to come out in a long time.
