Yep, so I sorta missed the Facebook (and myspace) boat and never got an account. Moving on...

Some friends (who have accounts) were complaining that their parents were now on Facebook and that it was kinda weird. We began to wonder what's next? Isn't the lineage Friendster -> myspace -> Facebook -> ...? Could it be twitter*? Or is something else on the horizon?

*On a side note, it seems to me that the only people who twitter are meteorologists and loopy celebs.

Subliminal text messages beamed directly into your brain. And 90% of the messages will still be "LOLButts!!"

As far as I can reckon, MySpace and Facebook appear to continue to be entirely functional. wink

Calling MySpace "entirely functional" would be generous, I think.

i'm not into myspace and the only reason i have a facebook is to keep in touch with my father and sister.

otherwise, i'd have to actually pick up the phone and call them, but who wants to do that?? surreal
