I can't say I've ever felt it when going about my daily activities, however what you've described does sound an awful lot like what a girl would feel when she's having sex, usually doggy style, and the guy isn't careful and his wang comes out and accidentally pops into her bum. Fortunately, I haven't experienced that on either end.
