The Intro: Just today I was officially hired on to a job I moved halfway across the country for two months ago. They still won't be paying me for quite a while however, and I'm going broke for serious. I need to make a couple bucks.
The Setup: A few days ago I was bored and wrote some softwares to convert images into SG smilie code. It was kinda fun, and I'm happy with how it turned out.
The Conclusion: I'm offering my pic to smilie conversion to you guys for the LOW, LOW price of a dollar! Display your awesomeness for all to see. Get something fun to post in someone's blog. Something for your own blog. Or just help out a poor coder down on his luck.
The Catch: Just post a pic in here or send it to me however you like (must be JPG, non-animated GIF, or PNG), paypal a buck to userlame@userlame.com, and let me know who you are (in a PM or an email or whatever). I'll convert and tweak your image, then send you the smilie code in an email so you may post it wherever you like. And I'm part german, so you know it'll be quality. Specify if you would like a blog post, blog reply, or board/group post since they all have different sizes. If you don't specify, I'll give you the smallest size which will fit anywhere. High contrast, low detail images work best. Blog post images are the biggest, and tend to turn out the best. I can't guarantee that it'll look great (it depends on the image), but I'll do my best.
