What were your thoughts on the first episode?

It was enough to make me forget that Jay Leno ever hosted the Tonight Show. Oh, and I laughed a lot, too.

There is one in silliness. I mean his first and last name is spelled wrong but who is counting. And those people in there are crazy.

The money shot of the keys still on the window sill in the opening bit was great. Classic Conan.

Tuesday's episode was even fucking better. High hopes!

Tom Hanks knows how to take a hit for the sake of comedy, I'll say that right now. Hilarious.

How has Andy Richter not been mentioned yet? I always loved the sketches with Andy back in the old days.

It's great that Andy is back, but he should be a bigger part of the show. The show has always been at its best when he and Conan were able to play off of each other.

Staring contest?

He does play a bigger role than most late-night announcers though, which is good.

I would like to see the staring contest make a comeback.
