pale or tanned?

ok, so a comment i made in my blog got me thinking, sunlight brings me out in a rash (i'm not a vampire, honest) so the doc gave me factor 50 on prescription lol. do i spend a fortune on st tropez or is pale better?!?

Tans are nice.....fakes tans are not.

Personally, I don't tan. My bright white skin burns (bright red) then goes immediately back to white, with no tan in between.
I wear strong sunblock for my tattoos... and everywhere else.

On white girls, anything from pale to the kind of light tan you get from a few days at the beach is hot.

The kind of tan you get from going to the tanning salon every month or from a bottle (or working as a roofer) is not.

Oh c'mon. You know you want one of those tans where your head and arms are dark and the rest of your body looks like you haunt houses on the weekends.

Pale is not life-threatening. It's not just an aesthetic issue, it's a health one. Skin cancer is among one of the ugliest ways to go. If you must appear tan, do the fake stuff.

And wear your sunscreen!

I like pale as a rule, but tan looks great on some people. I couldn't get a tan to save my life, so I might be biased. white and hairy, laydeez?

I fully agree.
I kinda wish that whole trend would just die out.
Especially because I know far too many people around me who ARE worshipers who are getting skin cancer left right and center

Especially since I started getting tattooed....I don't want to fry my ink with UV rays!
