its probably becuz they have or had a high turn-over rate and they were losin money on training

Haha hi keith,
I work at the call center For Cox Communications.
I've also worked at sprint here localy and let me tell you cox is defintly the best by far, most of my co-workers have worked at AOL or my close friends.
I'd say apply there, we are looking for 15 new Tech Support reps, i'm sure since your on the net you can do techsupport
