OKay this is my problem, these 2 people are trying to get me fired at work cause I won't give one of them special treatment. One is an employee the other a manager like me, and the manager got the employee pregnant, and now they think I should treat her special, and I won't cause she is a stupid bitch. Should I report them both to my district manager? ( cause its against policy to hook up)
And If I get fired should I report him to the INS ( he is working here illegally) or is that to harsh of me?

For one: No employee is allowed to have sexual relations with another employee, ESPECIALLY when they are "under" them (ha just realized the pun in that) or not as high in the "food chain".
Secondly: You can get the company AND the other dude in trouble if he is there illegally.
I'd just nip it in the bud right now and talk to the district manager about them bumpin' uglies and the case is solved. Thank you that will be 20 bucks tongue

3 managers, the one who is part of this I have never met he is in canada right now I am just helping that store, he has been there longer than me, the dm doesn't like him, and no me and another manager do the schedules together.

That isn't actually a law, but it is a policy at most companies.

could you get in trouble for knowing and not doing anything about the illegal guy? report him anyway. that's just got problems written all over this. in addition, your district manager would probably want this solved before it gets out of hand. no store wants a lawsuit or drama wit h the INS. and feel free to point out the inapropriateness of the sexual relationship between coworkers. no special treatment cause that's his g/f, the only way she should get treated differently is that as a pregnant woman. she should be excused from heavy lifting or ladder climbing when she gets too big. maybe you should have her ask a doctor to write her a note about her capabilities. don't be giving special treatment here fuck that. be courteous within reason because she's a pregnant woman, not cause she's fucking your coworker. report them both. they will probably get fired or at least repremanded. they are creating the "hostile working environment" buy trying to force you in this situation. put them in their place. now.

do you mean in general, or at a specific job? cause i worked 'under' my ex-girlfriend for a while at two different jobs and our employers knew...

Anyone trying to fuck with your employment should be dealt with quickly and with no remorse. Talk to HR ( if you trust them...I personally think they suck ass at my company ). Failing that, report them up the chain. Failing that, give me a call. wink

Send the beaner back to mexico, It's not like he diserves a brake because he is destened to a life of minimum wage, paranoid just for trying to better himself by working in america and hasn't even got the right to report crimes against him with out fear of being deported.
