this is going to sound ridiculous and completely stupid, but trust me on this one.
if you're not looking for super doc martens kind of boots, and more streamlined .... trust me ... eddie bauer online.
i have wide calves and huge feet, and my boots from there are the coolest ever. and everyone asks me where they came from and refuse to believe they're from eddie bauer.

Army Navy, baby. If you lived in TX, I would suggest Omaha's in Ft. Worth. They have really old, never worn boots. I got some kick ass WWII boots from there once.
