They didnt call me Noisy Naked Nickerz in high school for nothing!
I live out in the woods, and am usually naked in and out and around the house. camping? bonfire? at a drunk party? I am usually the first (if not only) one without my clothing.
As far as I am concerned...Do not like it? Do not be around me. Drunk or Sober, chances are I will prob lose some clothing to get comfortable or change in front of people.

Makes me me!
Good to find another SG'er who hates textiles (clothes, not people too uptight to be comfortable with their own body) as much as I do.
And toothpick? I've flagged your post for the Moderation Team. Such comments are not welcome here.
Well I for one am a bit of a prude around people when I'm nude, though I do enjoy the freedom to frolic sans clothing in the privacy of my own home. That being said, I don't really have too much of a problem with nudity in some public areas. I believe that Western (particularly American) society is much to puritanical in its view of naturalism. I can understand why we might not want to have people picking up their kids from school or walking down the grocery aisle letting it all hang out, but I certainly don't think it should be criminalized along the beach, where people go swimming, or where one might commune with nature (national forests, parks, backyards, etc.) and away from most prying eyes. It's a sad state of affairs when people who have been spotted skinny-dipping by an officer of the law can forever be labeled a sex offender.
I used to be the same FellOnEarth (the home nudism thing), then I moved to a colthing optional community... Social nudism is a whole new world, especially when you meet people who dislike clothes as much as you do. Being able to walk about naked and not worry about people seeing is remarkably ... liberating.
As to the skinny dipping issue, I'm lucky that I have a legal nude beach 10 mins down the road.
I enjoy being a naked constantly, but the thought of many other people being naked that I don't know really bothers me. So I just do it in my house. My friends would deal with me wearing a comfy comfy shirt, like burned out shirt and undies. The just go with it. and nobody has complained yet. So I think I'm good.

Except those of us on the "Moderation Team" have a sense of humor and know that Toothpickmoe is joking.

Yeah... the first social nude event can be a little intimidating, but just go with it, you'll find that people are pretty relaxed, non-judgemental and accepting.

It seems like it, since eveyone else is doing it. I tend to freak out about such kinda little things. Always feeling like everyone is staring at you with disapproval in some situations... Then just calm down and say hey everyone else is doing it. CALM DOWN.
the other thing I point out to my textile friends is that regardless of hwat you think of your body there will ALWAYS be someone who is, fatter, skinnier, longer, shorter, bigger, smaller, darker or lighter than you... So whay be bothered about what your body looks like?
Disputed_Reality, why do you hate clothes? When did you start hating them?
I feel constricted in clothing, as though I'm bound up and forced into an image that society says I must portray.
As for the when? Well my parents had a bastard of a time keeping me dressed untillI was about 13, then puberty hit and it was less embarassing to wear clothes for a while. But even then, every chance I got I'd ditch the clothes, home alone, nude beaches (not till I was 18+), remote locations etc.

OH MY! I was the same way!
My "naked phase" which most people grow out of by 5 or so, lasted til I was 12 (aka puberty)! It got to the point where my parents would have to say "ok, we are having company so you need to have clothes on, it's rude to be naked around guests." I suppose they did there best, but alas, here I am *mostly* naked on the internet.
