I love how incredibly immoral every character on the show is. It's like they're all trying to out-asshole each other at every step. Brilliant.

Im really disapointed i missed out on this show and only discovered it ths past season.

Its great and makes me feel better about some of the horrible things ive done to people, because at my worst moments, I know i havnt done anything half as bad as what they've done to Cricket.

I'm really not sure why they set the show here. It was originally set in LA with Dennis, Mac and Charlie playing actors trying to get work. The pilot was terrible, and there is a reason FX was the network that picked them up and not Comedy Central. The aired first episode was ten times better. I love the show, but I really don't think it being set in Philadelphia adds anything to it. It's not shot here, they don't use any local talent, they don't really make many (if any) references to local culture. Oh well.

They bought wine at a grocery store! You can't do that here!

Wow, I didn't realize that it was shot in LA. That's funny, since the Office is supposed to be in Scranton but is also shot in LA. Apparently having your show set in Pennsylvania and filming it in LA is a winning combination.

Almost every American television show is shot here, with only a few exceptions. That's why they call it the magic of film.

Although the show is shot in LA the main writer, Rob McElhenney (Mac) is from Phillie. The show is based very loosely around people and experiences in Phillie and all three are definitely hard core Eagles fans because they have reserved seats at The Shack, LA's local Eagles bar and the place I used to go with my Eagle lovin' buddies when I lived in LA.

I was really upset, and then i watched some more and
I was just cracking up the whole time.

I don't know whats wrong with them.
