how long has it been since you last had bacon?

last Sunday, hung-over, the breakfast was HORRIBLE... no excuses West Chester! you don't just throw some shit on eggs and get an omelet... it takes more attention than that.... but the bacon? OK the bacon was sorta pretty good

Too long, and I fear I'm entering a bacon dry spell.

As of last week, I now get migraines from nitrates. I try to only buy local meat, and our locally produced bacon is cured with sodium nitrate.

yesterday morning...I had two slices of crispy bacon...along with an egg-white omelette, gruyere & toasted rye.
