The tattoo I am planning on getting is probably 80% or so white. My problem is I have never seen white ink that actually looks good on the arm. Am I going to have to rely on my extreme pasteiness? Please someone, prove me wrong.
How well it shows up for you is up to your skin color and whether you're shaving your arm hair. Here's a picture of Twwly's white forehead tattoo for reference:
you have to have a real good tattoo artist. my friend got a tatt with white made by one artist and it looks bad, you almost cant see it, but the second guy made an awesome job. when you go to the artists let you show some white tattoos they made and if the dont have any- dont go there. i ll ask her about the pics and maybe i can post them later than you can tell the differense
there are a good couple threads in the tattoo group about white tattoos . . . generally the lighter skin tone you have , the better chance it will show up and stay bright .
