Well, I had to do it. I had to share the entirety of "A Christmas Carol," released as "Scrooge" in the US, with anyone who's interested. It makes me feel very warm and fuzzy, but most of all, touched. It is quite ironic, and says quite a bit, coming from a holiday humbug. My motives are different from Scrooge's: I simply prefer quiet contemplation and service to others in need, but I do admit to some parallels between old Scrooge and myself.
