Body Shop

Has anyone every bought anything from this store? I just went to a Body Shop party. It was pretty cool. I have been to one store and I bought some spray. They had a lot of neat stuff. I ended up buying like 80 dollars worth of stuff. A lot of the stuff I bought I didn't get to try though, so I am just hoping it will all be good. It should be. The stuff I did try was awesome.

If it's the same 'Body Shop' that's been operating in the UK selling cosmetic products not tested on animals for the last 15 years or so then go for it, that chain's great...

Yeah it is. They have been around for 30 years, the host said. They trade with different countries for products, instead of just giving them aid. That I thought was very cool. I was very impressed with the little showing the host did. Which is why I spent so much money.

Then buy loads of things and tell all your friends too, they're a really good and ethical company in my experience. They seem to have had a lower profile in the UK in recent years though...hopefully that's not a terminal thing...

I liked the white musk, that is what i bought when I went to the actual store. I bought a lot of this seasonal cranberry stuff. It smelled very yummy.

I hear their shaving cream is really great but I haven't tried it yet.

Ohhhh shaving cream i didn't see any shaving cream. DAMNIT!

I just bought some of their new 'Snow' scented products and i LOVE them. Its the first time I've bought anything from them, but now I'll definetly be buying more.

I got a lip balm of that, I hope it is good, she didn't have it there to try. Wow I am such a loser, posting so much in my own thread.

the mango fragrance rocks my socks, but I only use the sample when I pass it in the mall. I never bought it cause it's too expensive. I once bought a lip balm there and it was 6 bucks! but it was the best damn cocoa butter lip balm I ever had.

their body butter line is the best stuff on earth. i can't get enough of it.

i've never gotten this store & it's popularity.... everything i've tried from there has been terrible. either the item smelled bad, left a nasty film, didn't work or other.

Yep...the body butter is THE BEST moisturizer...


i LOVE all the vanilla stuff.... it smells sooooooooo delicious!!!

In the Uk lush shops are pretty damn good too.

I absolutly LOVE Lush soaps. They are divine.

The Body Shop are great. I love all their different lipglosses. I got the sexiest lip gloss ever from there - and they're ethical too, which is always nice.

Seriously? I always thought they were from Poole, my Dad used to work in the business office there.

It's all about the Body Shop. I am addicted to all their Satsuna stuff and the hemp hand protector.

There is a topless bar in San Diego called the Body Shop.

That is what I think of when I hear Body Shop.
