Cool, cool. I dig Will Smith. Not to just randomly hate on Tom Cruise, but these men have both reached the same pinacle in their careers and Smith always strikes me as the exact opposite of Cruise. I wish him nothing but further success in his career and life. Plus, ya know... parents just don't understand.
i don't care what this man believes as far as organized religion goes. i just think he seems like an awesome, humble guy and i will go see any movie he is in regardless of how craptacular it looks.
I understand a great deal more what this movie is about after reading a couple reviews around teh internets today. I'm actually kind of excited now.
Regarding the religion thing, is Big Willie gettin' Scientology with it? That's the impression I got today as well. I was not previously aware of that, but I don't really care so long as he doesn't get preachy... with it. Heh.
It wasn't a bad movie. It can be a bit confusing at times, but overall I enjoyed it.
