They're building an Ikea store not far from my home. I'm fed up with my job and thinking about jumping ship. What kind of entry level positions do thery have? How's pay? I hear they have good benefits. I've never even been into one of their stores... I think the closest one is in Orlando and that's at least an hour from me. Just curious, if anybody can help let me know.

What's it like? I hear they have a real odd layout and its easy to get lost.

It's easy to get lost if you can't follow a line painted on the floor . Basically , the " line on the floor " winds through all departments . It's very different then most American stores in that it's kind of set up to be a one way trip . But it's not like there's someone standing by to tell you that you can't back track if you want .
