ouija board experiences

I have an experience with the ouija board last night. Well the story goes we had a small group of females and I drinkin and smokin. I was giving tarot readings for them and asked them if they would like to try this ouija board i got from a friend. We all agreed, so i purified the room and friends with sage smoke. We started the session with a saying like"We are only inviting pure beings with only the best intentions to this meeting", ect.. Well i started to get really dizzy, almost a trance like state but my eyes were completely closed. I asked our spirit guilds to be present and i started to see three beings on and around my friends. I continued to ask questions but being that my eyes where closed the pointer got letters for the most part that didn't make any sense. Then one of my friends let go of the pointer and the amount of energy that entered my body make me sick and all most vomited so i had to stop by saying good bye.

IS it better to open ones eyes while using the board? or does it matter? It just felt to me that the words where entering faster that the pointer could point to. Almost like i would have been better off not to use the board??

Let me know what ur thoughts are on this...
