If you have an actual court notice telling you to appear in a NYC court ...pay attention to it. If it's a bullshit form letter designed to scare you....tell them to go fuck themselves and then set up a payment plan....ideally it's only 1100 bucks , so try and borrow it and pay it off in full. then proceed to step two.


Step Two : cut up the card. Go get drunk

Pay it off with another credit card.

this guy really has to be ranking up high in the all time list of "Questions you really shouldn't be asking in an internet forum", doesn't he? it's kind of impressive in its tenacity, really.

I have so got that nailed! I have just good enough credit to get me by but not good enough to get anything unnecessary for identity theft predators to go after me! It was my plan all along, it certainly wasn't that I was an irresponsible spender in college... my plan all along... yeah.

And that your minimum payment was calculated at interest 2.5% (average)

Your minimum monthly payment would have been a whopping $27.50

If you can afford to be online paying for a porn subscription, you can afford to cut a monthly check for $27.50.

Of course they're taking you to court!
