Connery > Brosnan/Craig > Moore > Dalton > Lazenby > Niven

Niven? Niven?!?

Niven.

Niven just doesn't even count. And your order is still wrong.

i've only just realised - Moore, better than Dalton? pah!

yes. The Living Daylights and License to Kill never entirely felt like Bond movies to me when i watched them, therefore he gets ranked lower than Moore.

Moore was definitely a different flavor of Bond than Connery and Brosnan (I don't know about Craig as I haven't seen Casino Royale), but he was spectacular in a very cheeky, campy way.

Lazenby gets an honorable mention simply because him wearing a kilt and still making it with all of those girls in On Her Majesty's Secret Service was so utterly ridiculous.

how can you have Connery in a Bond film playing someone other than Bond? not a good idea.

Connery then:

Connery now:

I think it would work just fine.
In fact, I think it would be incredible!

he's repeatedly turned down offers of playing the bad guy in a Bond film.

Nothing will ever top Moonraker.

Don't forget the greatness that was A View To A Kill.

Duran Duran theme Christopher Walken = cinematic excellence.

Moore always had the best villains.
