yes. The Living Daylights and License to Kill never entirely felt like Bond movies to me when i watched them, therefore he gets ranked lower than Moore.

Moore was definitely a different flavor of Bond than Connery and Brosnan (I don't know about Craig as I haven't seen Casino Royale), but he was spectacular in a very cheeky, campy way.
Lazenby gets an honorable mention simply because him wearing a kilt and still making it with all of those girls in On Her Majesty's Secret Service was so utterly ridiculous.
