You guys could have his FBI assistant girl. While I'll take Olivia!

I've watched several of the episodes and find it entertaining. The actress that plays Olivia is real world attractive but I swear when they do a close up of her face while she is "thinking"/"analyzing" and she does the twitchy lip, scrunched face thing, the only thing I can think of is that she is trying to insert a butt plug with just not enough lube. Still a fun show.

I was hoping for an exploded pigeon.

I'm stupidly pleased that they continue to refer to the cow by the way.

So I caught last night's episode of Fringe. I like a lot of things about this show, and I'm even willing to suspend my disbelief for the whole radiation shtick they were running at the end when the girl took a magical syringe that instantly made her better when she was moments away from exploding due to...radiation poisoning? but the casting is awful. Except for the old guy, he's pretty cool. The main character's monologue about shooting her dad and being vengeful seemed wayyyy too ridiculous for an FBI agent, even for one on a TV show.

I like how she looks the same week to week - like it's the same suit, and her hair looks the same. She's almost like a superhero.

Also she's real purdy. Even when she's making faces (which she spends an inordinate amount of time doing).

Remember: White is for Walter

Darth Vader. Duh.

And Trevallion, have you seen any of the other episodes? Because if the syringe bugged you, the rest of the "science" will really piss you off.

you didn't pay very close attention to the show did you?

she wasn't exploding because of radiation poisoning. She was exploding because the capsule things in her blood were releasing microwaves that were going to cause her to boil and pop. The magical syringe was a bonding agent that shut them down.

she got better instantly just like how a cup of water boiling in a microwave stops boiling when you turn it off.

Some of the stuff is a stretch, but come on. It's like you didn't actually watch the episode at all.

i love this show, it kind of fills the slot left over since 'x-files' finished that a lot of other shows have tried unsuccesfully to take over. admittedly walter in all his eccentric crazy genius glory is the best thing in it, but it's a lot less convoluted and self-praising than 'lost'

*shrug*

I'm not going to argue ridiculous psuedo science. The whole thing was silly.

If someone wants to watch the next Twin Peaks they just need to go rent Lars Von Trier's brilliant (but alas short-lived) tv show "The Kingdom."

It doesn't get any better than that.

They look like large shrimp and freaked me out something fierce.

But that being said I totally love Walter. Plus he was the crazy king in Lord of the Rings!

Thank you Fringe. I want that green redlight thing.

Do you know what I can do with that gizmo!?
