I think Kelly is the best singer/vocalist. She has been CONSISTANTLY wonderful and shows way more versatility than Tamyra. Tamyra sings Celine, Whitney, Mariah, and Gospel well. That is what she's good at. Did you see what happened when Tamyra tried to tackle "I've got a new attitude"? She couldn't do it. What did Kelly do? KNOCK US OUT with not one, but TWO difficult songs at a time where all their voices were strained.
GO KELLY!!!! 
Tamyra may be the next Whitney, but Kelly will tackle Hollywood, period. She can do it all. 
kelly is just too damned cute too. seems a little more real, down home, than the others. it's gonna be between her and what's his name.

last night:
each contestant sang 2 songs, one they chose, one the judges chose for them.
nikki - edge of seventeen, black velvet. (neither of which exactly rocked)
justin - let's stay together, don't let the sun go down on me. (he did a pretty good job with both songs. not too much show-offy type stuff)
kelly - think twice, without you (she nailed both songs)
tune in tonight for the _hour long_ 
elimination.

My boyfriend said the funniest thing last night:
"How long do you think it'll take Playboy to offer Nikki a pictorial after this is all over. How long do you think it'll take her to say yes?" LOL
I don't know if anyone knew this, but Ms. Mckibbin used to be a stripper in Texas.
