this is my cat hiway. i found him in the middle of the road in the summer of 2001. he was just 3 weeks old when i found him, not ready to be away from his mom. i saved him from getting smushed by cars. i heard a kitten screeching and noticed him clawing on to the road for dear life so i ran out in traffic to save him! hence the name, hiway.

This is Curse. He's two years old and I got him from an ex-girlfriend when he was just a little kitten. I named him after Curse Mackey, lead singer of Evil Mothers/Grim Faeries! He is super friendly and loves people!

This is Anais... she lives in the shadow of the boy's little black monster cat. We rescued her from a shelter after she had been returned by her first family. You can't really see it here, but shes got a wicked cool coat of chinchilla like fur... colored like a greyscale. (for all you photo geeks) 
Grr... I quit. I'll leave a link instead. If anyone feels like a good samaritan this morning, they can email me tips on how to leave images on the boards. I'm fed up with technology for now.

This is Aramis, but we just call him Moose.. he is a rather large Yellow Lab and quite possibly one of the laziest creatures alive.... just check out that talent... sleeping on both the arm-chair and love seat, at the same time

This is Lita. She was living in a treehouse when I rescued her, her kittens had died and she was all scraggly and pathetic. She's so lovable and such a sweetie!

this is my kitty orion. he's 3. i got him with an ex-girlfriend. we were going to go to the humane society to find a kitty and we went to the pet store to buy a litter box and food dishes and things and this little guy was running around in the store. he was just so damned cute. what could we do? and his name is orion after the constellation. he is not named after the stupid cat from men in black. here he is presiding over the apartment and keeping shit safe.

This here is Jasmine. My parents got her some time during school last year. I had no idea. They just told me one day that they were going out to get a cat. They got her from the SPCA or something like that. The kids that had her before were pretty abusive so she scratched and clawed and bit for the first while. Now she's good. Only she likes me too much and won't let me sleep. Or jumps on my head.
I took this picture one day when she fell asleep in my bed. So cute.

My ex-husband was jealous of my old kitty's unswerving devotion to me and me alone, so he begged me to agree to adopt some kittens that might love him too. It completely backfired and they now love and live with me.
