Transform your health

Alright so I was at this David Lynch Transcendental Meditation benefit thing at the Key Club last week and I found this booklet in my gift bag telling me how to transform my health by having,or going on a juice diet.This apparently will create spiritual cleansing as well,or at least thats what the celebrity on the pamphlet says.It goes on to say "I have been juicing for myself since April 1999 and over the years have crafted what many deem to be the best lip-smackin nutrient packin juice on the planet." So has anyone juiced, and have you found yourself spiritually ?

ABSOLUTELY !

The juice will bring you spirituality. Drink the juice.

I juiced this morning.

I drank too much apple juice and gave myself the trots once.

You can always tell a good spiritual retreat by the gift-bag they give out.

When a "spiritual leader" tells you to drink the juice, you better do it.

if David Lynch tells you to drink juice, you by god better drink juice. he will fuck you up. don't make him send tiny grandparents after your ass. he'll do it.

That is in the advanced pamphlet for spiritual growth. The levels go like this:

1. Juice
2. Coffee
3. Tea
4. Bacon Cheeseburgers and beer
5. Tequila

When you reach Tequila, you will find ultimate spiritual understanding.

Wrong.

Spiritual Understanding is attained without nourishment other than what is given to you. You must not seek to disturb your mind.

Bacon is nirvana.

Just sayin.

You must leave your body to achieve bacon. Bacon Cheeseburgers are just a teaser.

I agree. The larger portion of people in my hometown are fervent practitioners and some of the claims I've heard about it are just preposterous.

But, they got gift bags. GIFT BAGS!!!

I bet there were lotion samples.

And sunglasses.

You can't reach transcendance without the proper swag.

Whoa.Its almost as if the universe was trying to send you a message. Sometimes its a burning bush, sometimes its promotional materials placed into a free tote bag.

Some fools spend a lifetime trying to reach spiritual enlightenment--studying, reflecting, meditating. Just go get a Jamba Juice, man.

I was expecting a Transformer called Health.

Well, the positive effects of meditaiton that doesn't cost 2K to learn are proven. I meditate with a mantra, i just don't follow anyone's lectures to do it.

As for the juicing; does it involve juice fasting? Colon cleansing and fasting are great for you when done correctly.

This is a very popular opinion amidst those who cannot meditate or transcend.
