A few of mine:

Sandler & Farley's Zagat ("Day and night she talks. Each word more useless than the last.")

Piscopo & Murphy's Ebony & Ivory ("You are blind as a bat and I have sight")

Opera Man on gays in the military: "Watch'a the back, watch'a the crotchy! It's'a Sgt. Liberace!"

I'll say anything from the late 80's mid 90's cast.

I personally think they were the best growing up. And watching it on syndication.

After that cast wasn't as good. That's my personal opinion. smile

I remember Chris Kattan was like my favorite comedian from that 97-2003ish group.

All because he was in the fantastic brilliant 1999 film House on Haunted Hill. smile

I remember the one where the parents still believed in Santa. They put up signs and everything but Santa never came. I can't remember it but it was one of my first SNL memories.

"I'll take the rapist for $500 Alex."

"That's therapist-"

"I can read, Trebek!"

The jeopardy ones are rivaled only by Eddie Murphy's Buckwheat skits IMO.

The part that really makes that one is that they don't make the obvious "schweaty balls" joke until 3/4 of the way through the sketch.

Ted Koppel: Alfalfa obviously stunned by this tragic turn of events. Alright, we're going inside now.. [ camera focuses on doctors performing emergency surgery on Buckwheat ] Buckwheat, as you can see, going under the knife. Doctor, excuse me.. this is Ted Koppel. Have you had a chance to see the actual footage of Buckwheat as he was shot?

Doctor: [ looking up from surgery ] No. I haven't.

Ted Koppel: Well, then, let's take a look.

Between them, I think Christopher Walken and Alec Baldwin have been in some of the funniest skits/episodes of SNL ever. They should be cast members.

My favorite Walken skit is Colonel Angus. biggrin

I love Will Ferrell & Darrell Hammond on Celebrity Jeopardy, here's a skit with Jimmy Fallon as Adam Sandler on Celebrity Jeopardy
Will Ferrell on Inside the Actors Studio is great too, especially when he was interviewing Tobey Maguire as Screech.

Norm MacDonald's Weekend Update was the greatest, he just didn't give a fuck. Though I also like Tina Fey with Jimmy Fallon or Amy Poehler as well.

Chris Farley as Matt Foley, the "van down by the river" guy
Phil Hartman doing anything, but especially Frank Sinatra
SPROCKETS!
