i'll have to second that. i remember seeing this movie and observing how the kid looked like he was about 8 years old. then when he started doing 'rad' tricks, his body transformed into a 20 year old stuntman.

You left out Wesley Crusher.

Wesley Crusher's superpower is his hatability. I think it might be impossible to actually like ANY of the Star Trek kids, because they're such irritating goodiegoodies. This is what you get when you create a new moral code for humans based not on monetary gain but on 'bettering themselves'. Ugh. ... Although I heart Star Trek.

DS9! Quark's son is great.

Nog is Rom's son and Quark's nephew, noob. But you are right that Nog is totally awesome. Jake Sisko ain't half bad, either.

Am I the only who sees this poster and thinks of an updated version of a skeet shoot?

Yep,
and to think, in another 19 days we get to see both Coreys in the next installment in Lost Boys: the Tribe... yikes.
Don't think it will live up to the classic, but there is a cover of McMann's Cry Little Sister by Aiden and a piece called "Kingdom" by Dave Gahan, so that gives it at least 2 cool points in my book. Honestly, I'm looking forward to seeing it, if only to wince at how much it sucks compared to the original.

I think Wesley Crusher's biggest flaw was his poorly-written dialogue. I will grant you that his story arcs were not the greatest but the fact that he never really EVER sounded like a young person - genius or not - was a big part of the problem IMHO.

Sorry, but Wesley's biggest flaw was his clothing before he started wearing Starfleet uniforms.

ahahaha so true!

Oh, come on now. What did those Cosby Sweaters ever do to you? wink

I watched the original again recently. It no longer lives up to my memories. I can't imagine I'll do much wincing at the sequel.
