'28 Days Later'. Not so much the very first scene, with the monkeys, but when the guy wakes up in the hospital and walks out into the deserted city.

The 2004 'Dawn of the Dead', particularly the opening credits, with Johnny Cash's 'The Man Comes Around' playing as all hell is breaking loose

The opening scene of Temple of Doom is pretty good. Best part of the whole film.

Dawn of the Dead opening was pretty cool!
The Rules of Attraction opening was great, took its time to show you who main charachters are, what they want and that it would be a great movie
Children of Men and Narc ones were good in the way that they were breathtaking and you were implicated very fast
X-Men² opening was so cool that it made the rest of the movie bo-ring
