I used to have this job where I went to work at 7a.m. I was always hungover so had what I called my Hangover Kit. It consisted of a Slim Jim, BC Powder, Rolaids, Green Tea and then a menthol cigarette. Worked like a charm. Drinking water the night before helps also. What's in you Hangover Kit?

Ugh. I hate thinking about hangovers. Self-imposed disgustingness. You must, must, must drink lots of water in between alcoholic drinks. It sucks, yes. But I never get a hangover when I do that. I usually just take shots and lots of them, so it should work for whatever you're drinking.

I find that drinking a couple glasses of water and taking aspirin before going to bed prevents a hangover, but if I wake up with a headache and wooziness, I just drink more water, take another aspirin, and make sure I eat something for breakfast, no matter how small it is (usually a banana or toast).

Alcohol = dehydration = headache/nausea

Alcohol + water = no dehydration = no headache/nausea

It's easy. wink

Yes. It'll just make you more dehydrated, so you'll generally feel shittier, even if the caffeine helps constrict the blood vessels that are giving you a headache.

I drink lots of orange or grapefruit juice before I go to bed. The one thing I cannot find a cure for, though, is the dreaded brandy hangover. It feels like coming off a bad trip for most of the next day.

1. Wake up one hour before designated rising time.
2. Ingest giant glass of water.
3. Take up to four pain relief tablets of choice. (my favorite in Naproxen Sodium aka. Aleve)
4. Go back to bed.

It works every time.
