Good luck. Try Yahoo! groups. They have some GI Joe groups.

We should have an action figure club on SG.

Wow thanks for the reply to a post I had somewhat given up on!

I made up my Copperhead Strike teams via yojoe.com and have leveled off on intake but am interested if you have any other Cobra figures in decent shape.

More obscure ones like the Hammerhead vehicle, etc I am after.

This reminds me of the Crimson Guardsman that I had hidden from my nephew, but he found it and flushed him down the toilet. frown

Do you have the really viral one from the sixties? With the fuzzy beard and the major hard-on? I'd give anything for that one.... winkbiggrin

an action-figure group, or even just a toy collecting group would be so rad... how do we get that started?

cool... i'll try that out, i guess.

should it only focus on action figures, or toy collecting in general? i'm thinking it should cover everything from giant robots to m.u.s.c.l.e. figurines.

eh.

Bah...I can proudly say that I am the owner of a Cobra Commander uniform. I had it made 2 years ago for Halloween and yes, I do dress up in it from time to time, sit around my house and pretend I'm the leader or the world's most feared terrorist organization.

Then I pay a midget $20 to slap my bare ass with a wet rubber snake.

What? DON'T JUDGE ME!!!!

I went for the hood. Looking into making a battle helmet. I figure I can use car window tinting to get that mirrored finish. Only thing really holding me back is finding a piece of high impact plastic to attatch said tinting to. I'd love to hear any suggestions.
I do have pics and will be posting them in my photo section soon.
