Morning Glory - Heavenly Blue.

This blue flower is perfect for climbing up a fence, or for combating the unsightliness of thorny vines.

'tis illegal to have it here.

Not here! I have them by the bloomhorde.

Why is that so?! DEA? People do take them as an intoxicant, as with brugmansia and datura, but they're not illegal. Weird.

What are the best climates for brugmansia and datura?

Brugmansia (belladonna) is a tropical perennial that grows into a woody stemmed tree in it's proper climate, but can be treated as a annual if you live in a climate that gets frost. Datura is a self annual, so it will be fine in most places. They do require good drainage, and in my experience, both are very easy to grow (I've grow datura in poor soils), but they do need to be watered well.

I've also seen blue cultivars of both!

Oh! I know this is about flowers, but I wouldn't do a blue garden without this beauty:

Selaginella uncinata! So beautiful. You can find it under the common name of *gag* rainbow moss.

Seriously, it's iridescent blue.
