Australian wine is KILLER! and some of it is around $10.... wink

yes our reds are the best in the world (according to the experts) lots of very drinkable reds for $10 a bottle. I was in Fiji a couple of years ago and wanted an Aussie red for dinner, One of our $10 bottles for $65 FUCK THAT I drank Fiji bitter until I got home.

Agreed about the wine, I actually prefer cheap wine over the more pricey stuff.
(Probably has something to do with being born and raised right beside Hull, Quebec wink )

Skip the cheese, though. Wine goes best with POPCORN! biggrin

the price of wine isn't always indicative of quality, most expensive wines need cellering for atleast 5 years before they are drinkable and then they are not always to everyones taste, hehe I feel like a real wanker rambling on about wine.

Don't feel like that dude...there're all kinds of weirdos here, even people that appreciate fine wine. Just to make you feel less alone here's a sample from my own personal stash, unfortunately still not ready after 5 years of cellering:

Acacia 2001 Chardonnay with cabecou. Or any Oregon pinot noir with five-year cheddar.
