Resident Fashion Doggie Nimh often has random hobos around Portland asking, "What's Nimh Wearing?" Her BoHo fabulous style is a rallying call to those who suffer from pet malaise. Each week, she tells us how she's combined ordinary items to create her extraordinary look. Born out of the murky depths of the clearance racks at Target and Petco, "What's Nimh Wearing" is my answer to middle-of-the-road dog and pony shows.
