No. They give you all December 25th off because it's been a traditional holiday for a long time, because people need holidays, and because the insane "let's eat the world" consumer rampage that leads up to it is a massive economic boost, and because some baby was supposedly born around that date who later grew into a man who beat up capitalists and said radical things like "love thy neighbor".
But mostly they do it because if they didn't more people would protest the sudden lack of celebration than currently protest it's existence.
